Trust and safety
Job boards are full of fake listings and data collectors. We built Novam Jobs to be the opposite.
How we verify employers
No job goes live until the employer passes verification. Most real companies finish in minutes. Anything unusual goes to a person on our team.
1. Work email
Employers must sign up with an email on their company's own domain. Free email addresses are not accepted.
2. Domain ownership
They prove they control the company website by adding a short code to its DNS or homepage.
3. Domain age and site health
We check how old the domain is and that the website is reachable and secure. Brand-new domains get a closer look.
4. Business identity
Legal name, country, registration number and LinkedIn page are recorded.
5. Payment method on file
A real card is required. It is a small barrier for scammers and no barrier for real businesses.
6. Risk screen
Every company profile and job post is screened for common scams such as pay-to-apply, check or crypto schemes, reshipping, MLM, and requests for bank or ID details before hiring.
Verified employers get a badge on every job.
Our rules
Jobs expire after 30 days
Unless the employer clicks "still hiring" in the reminder email. No zombie listings.
Response rates are public
Each employer's response rate and typical response time show on their jobs.
No resume database
Employers cannot search candidates. They only see people who applied to their job.
Contact details stay private
Your phone and email are hidden until you apply to that employer's job.
No bulk exports
Viewing and exporting applicant data is rate limited so it cannot be scraped.
Report anything suspicious
Three reports automatically pause a job until our team reviews it.
See something wrong?
Use the report button on any job, or email support@novam.us. We never ask candidates for money, and neither should any employer here.
