Privacy policy

Account data: your email address, name and role (candidate or employer). Sign-in uses one-time codes sent to your email, so there are no passwords.

Candidate profile: headline, location, languages, job types, links, work-authorization notes and resume files you choose to add.

Employer data: company name, website, business identity details you submit for verification, and billing details handled by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers).

Activity: applications, saved jobs, alert settings, notification preferences and basic usage logs for security and abuse prevention.

To run the service: showing jobs, sending your applications, sending the alerts and updates you ask for, verifying employers, preventing fraud, and providing support. We may use automated screening, including AI, to detect scam job posts and risky company profiles.

Employers see your profile and resume only for jobs you apply to. Your contact details are hidden from employers until you apply. Employers cannot search for or browse candidates.

We share data with service providers who help us operate: hosting, email delivery, payments, file storage and AI risk screening. They may only use it to provide their service to us.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect people from fraud or harm.

Every alert and notification email has a one-click unsubscribe link for that specific alert or type. You can also change or pause alerts and push notifications at any time in the Alerts page.

You can edit your profile, delete resumes and delete alerts at any time. To delete your account or request a copy of your data, email support@novam.us and we will act on it within a reasonable time. We may keep limited records where needed for security, fraud prevention, billing or legal reasons.

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

We use encryption in transit, signed sessions and rate limits. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us promptly if you notice anything wrong.
