Is Novam Jobs free for candidates?
Yes. Candidates are always free: searching, saving, alerts and applying never cost anything.
Why do I need to verify my company?
Every employer is verified (work email, domain ownership, a card on file) before any job goes live. That is how we keep ghost posts and scams off the board.
Will my card be charged when I add it for verification?
No. Saving a card for verification only confirms it is real. You are charged only when you buy a plan or a single post.
What happens when a single post ends?
Your job stays live for 30 days. You can confirm you are still hiring, or buy another post.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time from your billing page. Cancelling keeps your jobs live until the end of the period you paid for. If you move to a lower plan, your oldest jobs beyond the new limit are paused, not deleted.
Do you take a cut of hires?
No. Pricing is flat. There is no resume database and no per-applicant fee.
