About Novam Jobs

Novam Jobs is a job board for remote and bilingual roles in English, Spanish and Portuguese. It is built by Novam, a small software company.

We started it because most big job boards have the same problems: listings that never close, hidden pay, scams, and resumes that end up in databases nobody asked to join.

So we do a few things differently. Employers are verified before they post. Pay is required on every job. Jobs expire unless the employer confirms they are still hiring. Employers cannot search for candidates, only review people who applied.

Candidates are always free. Employers pay a flat, public price.
