Terms of service

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Candidates use Novam Jobs for free. Employers must complete verification before posting.

Give accurate information and keep your email account secure, since it is how you sign in. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Do not post or send anything false, misleading, discriminatory or illegal. Do not scrape, harvest or bulk-export data, resell candidate information, or contact candidates outside the purpose of the job they applied to. Do not try to bypass verification, rate limits or security.

Every job must show accurate pay and describe a real, open position. Never ask candidates for money, bank details, government ID numbers before hiring, or to move to unmonitored chat apps to be recruited. Jobs expire after 30 days unless you confirm you are still hiring, and you agree to respond to applicants in good faith.

Fees are shown on the pricing page. Paid single posts are one time, subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time for the next period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a job is live.

We may pause or remove jobs, or suspend accounts, that break these terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent.

Information you add to your profile and applications should be true. Applying shares your profile and resume with that employer. We do not guarantee interviews, offers or the accuracy of any job listing, and we are not a party to any employment relationship.

You keep ownership of what you submit and give us permission to host and display it as needed to run the service. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Novam is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for dealings between candidates and employers, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using the service or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Continued use means you accept the changes. Questions: support@novam.us.
